We will be involved ourselves in every stage of production to ensure that the merchandises are produced and shipped according to schedule and quality standards of the contract. We shall:
1.1 Translate and communicate Buyer’s requirements with respect to quality standards, labor standards and security to suppliers and monitor compliance as requested by Buyer.
1.2 Work with manufacturers on production process details, production scheduling, ensuring that sub-suppliers and production workers alike understand the urgency and timelines associated with product's completion schedule.
1.3 Once the production process has begun, work closely with factory management to ensure that proper priority is placed on Buyer’s products and daily interface with overseas engineers and project managers to keep things on track.
1.4 If problems do arise during production, work diligently to dig into the root causes, propose solutions and initiate actions to correct problems and address the issues in a timely basis to minimize and/ or avoid delivery interruption.
1.5 Manage overall Product Quality Plan, proceeding both quality assurance (QA) – oriented and focuses on defect prevention, and quality control (QC) – oriented and focuses on defect identification, in every stage of production, find out and eliminate sources of quality problems, following Buyer's specifications, policies and procedures.
1.6 Conduct thorough inspections and manage process control, closely monitor from sampling to shipment, observe production and inspect products for defects before it leaves the factories and long before it reaches the secondary stages of production or finishing or packaging to minimize any cost and delay arisen, maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures to ensure such merchandise (1) meets Buyer’s specifications as set forth in the applicable contract (and all amendments thereto) and is not defective in any observable respect; (2) is packaged, labeled, priced and invoiced in accordance with the instructions set forth in the applicable contract; (3) is packaged in a manner which will ensure its safe transportation to Buyer.
1.7 Proceed inspection system pertaining to production process with five stages as below:
>>Pre Production Check (PPC): Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories, prototype samples, etc., before mass production.
>> Initial Production Check (IPC): First finished products are checked against buyer's specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
>> During Production Inspections (DUPRO): Inspections during production are carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
>> Final Random Inspection (FRI): Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of Buyer and it cover the criteria such as design / style, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
>> Container Stuffing and Loading Supervision: An identification of the goods during the loading is made to ensure that only the inspected goods are being stuffed without getting mixed up with the un-inspected goods. Company will closely monitor the loading process, verify product quantity, and ensure proper handling of the cargo. Upon completion, the container(s) will be sealed.
1.8 Regularly transmit to Buyer status on sampling, production and shipment and reports on the multi-state inspections.
1.9 Allow for loading/ shipment if only merchandise inspected up to the buyers required standards.
1.10 Assist suppliers in having products tested by International Verified Laboratory for the norms and standards requested by Buyers.
1.11 Ensure that manufacturers/ suppliers arrange for shipment of merchandise, and in that regard use its best efforts to ensure that manufacturers/suppliers make truthful and accurate preparation of all necessary documentation, including, but not limited to, certificates, forms, statements and any other information necessary for export and import procedures, in accordance with the terms of the relevant purchase contracts.
1.12 In accordance with the instructions from Buyer, use its best efforts to seek the best settlement for Buyer of claims against manufacturers and/or suppliers if any.
