Company information

Mekodexim is an independent Vietnamese sourcing company. We have two offices, one in Hanoi and the other in Hochiminh City, and a network of local representatives to follow up production over the country. Being established in 2006, for the past ten years we have developed a deep and thorough expertise in Vietnam manufacturing. We have spent a decade setting up and consolidating relationships with hundreds of factories across multiple products categories. We have a team of experienced professional experts that enable us to offer the services up to highest level. Buyers/ Importers will have a supplying network set up and run efficiently and sustainably at minimized cost; no longer be worry about wrong shipments, misunderstanding claims that usually lead to stress, waste of time, and disruption in business; will be compensated adequately for any breach from suppliers. Our services are direct to bring Clients to access original source of supplies which result in more transparent control over production and quality, and thus more reliable outcome. The core principle is transparent, uncompromised and exclusively independent from Suppliers. We share all supplier information with clients with total transparency. All interactions with suppliers are documented and are available to be audited at any time. As sourcing/ buying Agent, we are obliged to source the best manufacturers, not promote any factories. We entirely focus on achieving our clients' objectives and improving their procurement performance.

HOW TO MAKE THE SOURCING PROCESS FAST & SUCCESSFUL?

Be clear about budget (for promotion, for high end sales or cheap market sales) and/or quality criteria. Buyer can give target price, then we work out best options in terms of quality and delivery terms; or Buyer give quality standards with detailed technical specifications: artworks, fabric, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, packing,.. and/or real samples, we will work out the best price and terms. Giving just the name of products without specific details and/or target price, the quotation process would take time and cost.

Be cooperative with us on RFQ process with daily communication to ensure the quotations and samples would be made exactly for your needs.
